At House of Looms LLP, referred to as Looms of India further in this policy and Website, we make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery time may vary depending on the location, but you will receive an estimated delivery date at the time of checkout. You can also track your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.
In case, the delivery is not executed, due to recipient not being available/ premises locked / recipient refuses to accept, etc., the logistic companies will attempt the delivery of the items twice. While attempting the delivery, if the delivery executive finds that the premises are still closed then the product will be returned to Looms of India, the delivery will not be attempted again and your order amount will be refunded, excluding the shipping cost.
We make our best efforts to ship your Looms of India product within 24-48 hours. If due to unforeseen circumstances, your order gets delayed, the same shall be notified to you along with the new expected delivery date.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Free shipping on orders above INR 500 is a benefit extended to our customers, subject to availability and change.
If the delivery address shared by you is not serviceable by any of our courier partners, we will ship your product via India Post Service which may take 10-15 days to get your product delivered. The same shall be notified to you beforehand.
